Why Crossfit Praha?

Our training covers all of these areas. We use basic equipment in an uncomplicated environment (no TVs or mirrors). It’s is a simpler approach to fitness, designed around the things you do in the real world. Every day, you bend down and pick things up; you put things over your head, squat down, stand up, climb stairs. Our workouts are different each time- scaled to any fitness level-  so your body is always adapting, getting stronger, faster, better conditioned.

Workouts vary in length & intensity- but you’ll spend less time doing CrossFit workouts than the time you’d traditionally spend in the gym- & you’ll get fitter, faster.

It’s personal training in a group setting. You’ll always have a trainer supervising your workout, assisting you & helping you to achieve your goals.  Your fellow members will support you, motivate you & compete with you.  They will keep you going when you think you can’t.
