SMA WOD

Last week we participated in the SMA WOD, along with various CrossFit affiliates around the world, to raise awareness of Spinal Muscular Atrophy & the need for a cure.  We were pleased to be asked to join in this endeavor by two visiting CrossFitters, David & Jenny, from Bayou City CrossFit in Houston, Texas.
